Fabio G. Angelini

Fabio G. Angelini is the Senior Partner and founder of Angelini e Associati. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (“Cassazionista”). He is Associate Professor of Administrative and Public Law at UniNettuno University of Rome.

Fabio advises on public-private partnership transactions, administrative and regulatory proceedings, state-owned companies, general interest services, and public finance, particularly focusing on infrastructure, energy, and the social services and healthcare sectors, as well as issues related to public investments, public procurement, concessions, administrative liability, and urban planning and construction, both in court and out of court.

He also advises on complex, extraordinary financing transactions in regulated sectors, real estate development and infrastructure investments, especially public utilities, energy networks and facilities, highways, railways, environmental remediation, real estate acquisitions and disposals, energy transition and urban renewal, as well as project financing, availability payment schemes and public leasing transactions.

Throughout his career, he has advised public and private entities, domestic and foreign corporations, contractors, construction and real estate developers, infrastructure and utility operators, third sector entities, banking institutions, private equity funds, and institutional investors.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico Foundation in Rome. He previously served as Non-Executive Director of NMS Group S.p.A., appointed by Lombardy Regional Government. He regularly serves on the boards of companies and non-profit organizations operating in the university and cultural sectors.

He is the author of numerous administrative and public publications, a member of numerous scientific and editorial boards of scientific journals, and the author of two monographs recognized within the academic community.
